Mindfulness Programmes

We design and deliver mindfulness and stress reduction programmes for management and employees in the business, community and voluntary sector including third-level education. A wide range of studies have cited the many specific benefits of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction workshops, some of which are:

  • improved memory and concentration

  • an increased overall sense of wellbeing

Introduction to Mindfulness Session

(1 ½ – 2 hours) 

 

You will learn:

  • What mindfulness is

  • How mindfulness can help relieve stress and anxiety at home and in the workplace. 

  • Mindfulness meditation practice: mindfulness of the breath and mindful eating.

Half-Day Mindfulness Session

(3 - 4 hours)

You will learn about:

  • What mindfulness is, the science of mindfulness.

  • Mindfulness wellbeing strategies: how to centre yourself in times of stress.

  • The three-step breathing space.

  • Mindful eating and mindful walking.

  • Managing difficult emotions.

  • The body scan.
